Consider the following suggestions when implementing the CAM :

• Create separate KPI job definition files for each interval defined. For example, have a file for all of the 10-minute calculations.
• Create a separate schedule for each KPI job definition file. Ensure that the schedule is such that the File is executed several times within the interval defined. For example, execute the 10-Minute calculations every 2-3 minutes, the hourly calculations every 15-mintues.
• Monitor the time each job takes to execute and ensure that the scheduled frequency of each job is not quicker than the time it takes to execute the job.
• Create a separate job file for reports and execute that job when needed.
• Consider a separate HSS dedicated to CAM processing.
• Monitor CPU utilization and if the calculations are consuming too much CPU, consider moving the HSS to a separate server.
• Evaluate the configuration of audit level for each service and ensure they are appropriate.
