Item ID |
The ID for the audit record. |

The ID representing the source of the Item ID, if any. |

Primary Item ID |
Assumes the highest ID value of those above. |
For changes to points, facilities, services, files, and services, the Super Item IDs are empty, because no further source information is required. The Super Item IDs and the Primary Item ID are used chiefly for the layout of the ACS, DDS, GNS, and MSS databases.

The name of the attribute that was changed ("Description," "Facility," "LongPointID," "SERVICE_STATUS," etc.). |

The previous value of the attribute. |

The new value of the attribute. |

Examples
The following examples show sample field values based on different change/event operations. The second two examples show how the identifying fields are filled.
Example 1:
When an HSS is started with the RSM, the audit record will record the following:
Attribute: SERVICE_STATUS
Old Value: Stopped
New Value: Start service
Auditing Site Service: MYSITE.RSM
Item Site Service: MYSITE.RSM
Item Name: MYSITE.HSS
Example 2:
When permission for an application is changed in an ACS, the identifying fields will be:
Primary Item ID: application name
Super Item ID 2: application name
Super Item ID 1: event name
Item ID: user ID
Example 3:
When the ACS is used to change permission on a user group, the identifying fields will be:
Primary Item ID: group name
Super Item ID 2: (empty)
Super Item ID 1: group name
Item ID: user ID
