Installing CygNet Depot

This topic describes the system requirements and installation steps required to install the CygNet Depot.

System Requirements

The following system requirements support CygNet Depot:

• CygNet 8.1.3 or later, with all patches applied
• .NET 4.5 or later
• CygNet ODBC driver

Installation Steps

To install the CygNet Depot utility, you will need to perform the following steps:

1. Obtain the product source files from the CygNet Download Site (login required).
2. Extract the source files from the CygNetDepot.zip and run the installer, CygNetDepotSetup.exe, which will take care of most aspects of setting up the CygNet Depot on your system, including uploading the necessary libraries to your CygNet services.
3. Open the CygNet Client Installer (Start Menu > All Programs > CygNet > CygNet Client Installer).
4. On the Blob Service: Admin drop-down menu, select your APPS Site.Service.
5. In the Blob Folder: list, select UTILS to access the list of client utilities available for installation.
6. In the Select CygNet Applications to Install list, select CygNet Depot.
7. Click Launch.
